As I’ve mentioned in THIS earlier article, Microsoft Forms is now in public preview. And, I’ve also mentioned you can integrate it with your Dynamics 365 instance. But how, you might ask!

Now we have the ability to spin-up a 30-day trial of MDM. All sweet, but going through the pains of first time set-up isn’t always as easy.

You might find that the link to Marketing in your O365 subscription is not enabled, even if you give it a few hours. What now?

You can use the direct URL to confirm that your MDM instance is provisioned. The default URL will be:

https://[domain].marketing.dynamics.com

where [domain] is the same domain name you used for your O365/CRM

http://[domain].crm[x].dynamics.com

There’s an additional configuration step that needs to be completed on the MDM end before the instance is ready to be used.
